1、 Modular selection of damping form (suitable for light and heavy loads, temperature environment differences)
Select different damping structures according to the working conditions and match the scenario from the source:
Centrifugal damping roller type (mechanical friction damping)
Automatically generate resistance based on the material's sliding speed; The greater the self weight and the faster the speed, the stronger the damping force.
Applicable: logistics express packages, cardboard boxes, turnover boxes, medium weight workpieces; Room temperature storage and sorting line;
Not suitable for: ultra-thin small items, high/low temperature environments.
Hydraulic damping buffer component
Stable damping force, smooth deceleration, capable of end buffering/full deceleration;
Applicable: precision components, glass, electronic products, fragile items; automatic production line;
Restriction: The viscosity of silicone oil fluctuates in high and low temperature environments, and it should be used cautiously for outdoor and cold storage.
Eddy current magnetic damping (contactless)
No wear and tear, maintenance free, not affected by dust, good damping linearity;
Applicable to: clean workshops, food, medicine, and long-term continuous operation conditions;
The cost is relatively high, and it is rarely used for heavy-duty ore and heavy castings.
Damping coating+adjustable flow blocking baffle (simple and economical)
Add high friction damping lining plate to the surface of the sliding groove, matched with adjustable material blocking plate, to change the material contact area;
Applicable: Small batch production lines, renovation of old chutes, and mixed production of light and heavy materials.
Expansion plan: Segmented composite damping, pre deceleration in the upper section, strong buffering at the end, suitable for scenarios with large height differences and long-distance sliding.
2、 The main structure of the chute can be customized to adapt to the conveying path and material form
1. Adjustable inclination design
The chute support frame is equipped with an angle adjustment mechanism, which adjusts the downward slope according to the friction characteristics of the material;
Reduce the inclination angle of lightweight plastic parts, and increase the inclination angle appropriately for heavy-duty metal workpieces to prevent material jamming/overspeed.
2. Line type free combination: straight line/curved arc/S-shaped steering groove
Multi layer production line, storage multi-layer material dropping, sorting matrix, can be arranged with turning chutes; Add local damping at the bend position to avoid centrifugal impact.
3. The width of the groove and the height of the side guardrails can be customized as needed
Small components: narrow slots, raised guardrails to prevent splashing;
Full container cargo: widened tank body, detachable guardrail;
Irregular workpieces: replaceable V-groove, flat bottom groove, U-shaped groove inner liner.
4. Detachable modular assembly structure
Standardized segment splicing, rapid restructuring during factory relocation and production line renovation, and adaptation to production line layout adjustments.

Silent and does not scratch the surface of the workpiece; Electronic plastic parts, precision small piece conveying;
4. Manganese steel wear-resistant sliding groove
Heavy duty, sharp castings, metal stamping parts, and industrial coarse materials such as sand and gravel.
4、 Adjustable operating parameters, compatible with multiple specifications of mixed flow materials
1. The damping force is continuously adjustable
The pre tension force of the damping roller spring, the insertion depth of the baffle, and the magnetic damping gap can all be fine tuned on site; A single chute can sequentially transport light and heavy workpieces without the need to replace equipment.
2. Achieve controllable speed range
By adjusting damping, the discharge speed is uniformly controlled to solve the pain points of "slow light goods and heavy goods flying", ensuring stable rhythm of back-end scanning, packing, and sorting processes.
3. Three modes are available: one-way deceleration, continuous deceleration throughout the journey, and end buffering
Full damping: large height difference, fragile materials;
End buffer only: Pursuing conveying efficiency and only preventing endpoint impact;
Unidirectional damping: The material only slows down when sliding down, and there is no resistance when pushing back, making it convenient for manual intervention.
5、 Adaptation plan for special harsh environments
High dust workshop: Choose enclosed, non-contact eddy current damping to prevent dust from entering the damping mechanism and causing jamming;
Cold storage/low-temperature factory area: abandon ordinary hydraulic damping and prioritize mechanical centrifugal damping and magnetic damping;
Wet, spray, food production line: made entirely of stainless steel material, with damping components for waterproof sealing;
Explosion proof workshop: Iron impact structures are prohibited and non-metallic linings and spark free damping systems are used.
