The entire equipment is mainly divided into seven components: steel structure support frame, upper chute assembly, lower chute assembly, wear-resistant components for chute lining, grid outlet components, buffer protection components, and accessory parts. It is a modular assembly structure that is compatible with double-layer cross belt sorting machines.
1. Steel structure support frame
       As the load-bearing body of the entire equipment, it is welded with steel sections and assembled with bolts.
       Column: The main column on the ground bears all the loads of the upper chute;
       Horizontal and vertical crossbeams: used to fix the brackets of the upper and lower sliding grooves;
       Misalignment adjustment bracket: a core component used to achieve lateral displacement (misalignment) of the upper and lower sliding grooves, control the horizontal offset distance of the upper and lower grid openings, and ensure that the lower discharge outlet is not blocked by the upper layer;
       Slant support and pull rod: increase the overall rigidity to prevent the equipment from shaking and deformation;
       Foot components: Adjust the overall level of the machine and fix it on the ground.
       Different from ordinary double-layer sliding grooves, the misaligned bracket is a unique component of this structure.
2. Upper chute assembly
       Directly connect to the sorting and dropping port of the upper sorting machine, which is a gravity slide unit.
Main body of the groove: U-shaped groove formed by sheet metal bending, multi segment modular, each segment independent;
       Sliding groove angle adjustment mechanism: hinged and adjustable bolt, can adjust the inclination angle of the sliding groove and control the sliding speed of the package;
       Upper level material diversion port: connected to the sorting machine grid port to prevent the package from getting stuck or tipping over when it falls off;
       Upper discharge chute: At the end of the chute, the package flows out of the outlet of the upper chute.
3. Lower chute assembly
       Horizontally offset and staggered relative to the upper layer as a whole, connected to the lower sorting machine's discharge port, also a modular U-shaped slide.
       Lower level groove body sheet metal section, assembled in sections;
       Lower level angle adjustment component, independently adjust the tilt angle, the upper and lower tilt angles can be different;
       Lower level material diversion port;
       The lower discharge chute is located in the lateral empty space of the upper structure and can be directly operated by ground personnel.
4. Wear resistant components for the lining of the chute
       Lay inside the U-shaped groove to reduce friction, noise, and protect the package from being scratched by sheet metal.
       Wear resistant lining plate, fixed on the inner side of the groove bottom plate and side plate with countersunk bolts;
       Lining plate pressure strip, used to press and fix wear-resistant plates;
       The lining plate is a vulnerable part and can be disassembled and replaced individually without the need to remove the entire slide groove.
5. Grid outlet component
       Installed at the end of each chute.
       Packaging bag hanging mechanism: hooks, hanging rods, used to hang packaging woven bags;
       Grid partition baffle to distinguish adjacent sorting grids and prevent packages from crossing grids;
       Limit the edge to prevent the package from sliding laterally out of the chute.
6. Buffer protection components
       Used to reduce the impact of package sliding and prevent packages from bursting out of the grid or being damaged.
       The discharge buffer rubber strip and buffer stopper are arranged at the end of the chute;
       Side protective barriers to prevent small items from bouncing and flying out;
       The peripheral security protection net/protective plate of the equipment protects the operators and blocks the package from bouncing outside.
7. Auxiliary accessories
       Signage bracket: Install grid number identification;
       Maintenance and disassembly of fasteners, all connected by bolts for easy on-site disassembly and adjustment of grid openings in the later stage;
       Noise reduction accessories, some projects are equipped with noise reducing rubber pads to reduce the impact noise of package sliding.
